astraPAK The Pall Ring Company’s, astraPAK is a high performance random packing. Its distinctive shape which resembles a snowflake provides a high separation efficiency, while maintaining extremely low pressure drops, reducing unit running costs.

C - Rings A lower aspect ratio increases capacity and reduces pressure drop and the highly exposed internal and external surfaces give a high efficiency vehicle for liquid – gas contact with good mechanical strength.

I - Rings Offer a 30% lower pressure drop than Pall Rings but with a lower liquid hold-up. This facilitates shorter packed bed heights.
